1.With the single longitudinal axial flow threshing and separating roller technology, the equipment can realize multi-stage threshing and multi-stage separation, with a small impact on crops and low damage rate.

2.Considering the relation between the corn grain damage rate and the roller speed under different moisture content conditions, the threshing roller adopts a closed hydraulic transmission system to realize stepless speed changing control of the threshing roller speed, with a large range of speed regulation. In accordance with different crop features and different moisture contents, it can conveniently and quickly match a suitable roller speed to reduce the grain damage rate and loss rate.

3.The cleaning system adopts the straight-board volute blower with adjustable speed and the double-layer scale screen and lengthened tailings screen with adjustable air volume and angle. The screen surface has a large air volume, with even distribution, adjustable wind direction and good cleaning effect. The convenient and efficient electric adjustment device of fan speed has a large speed adjustment range.

4.Equipped with the enhanced floating-type feeding roller bridge, the equipment can be rapidly hung with the header, with simple operation and reliable hanging. The feeding roller is of floating type, which has sufficient space to guarantee the smooth feeding of high-stalk crops, and has a good feeding performance at the same time of low stubble operation during the harvesting of short straw crops.

5.The walking system adopts the hydrostatic drive technology and can be equipped with optional imported hub motor hydraulic four-drive rear axle. The power output adopts the transfer case design, with simple structure and low fault rate.

6.Equipped with an open increased grain tank and a high-level hydraulic unloading grain cylinder, the equipment can unload grain at a high height and fast speed.
