The equipment is the latest silage (yellow silage) harvester independently researched and developed by the Company based on the original model 4QZ-3000A/4QZ-2200A. After years of practice and in combination with the high and new technologies, its core parts and components are novel in design and reliable in quality and it achieves non-aligned harvesting operation. At present, the equipment has become a domestic silage (yellow silage) harvester with advanced technologies and perfect functions. With the full-electric intelligent control and full-hydraulic drive, the equipment can complete cutting, sequential feeding, chopping (with rubbing), grain crushing, throwing, truck loading and other operations at a time.

Product Features：

1. The "Classic" integral short-disc header of MOSHINE resolves the problems of non-aligned harvesting and laid crop harvesting, which realizes the harvesting of silage (yellow silage) in different cropping patterns, and ensures the consistent cutting length of stubbles. (The 2630mm cutting width, pre-compacting feeding device, knife flywheel box, grain crushing device and throwing cylinder are universal for the existing 3m headers of MOSHINE, which can achieve harvesting with a large feeding quantity).

2. Installed with a new type of grain crushing device, the equipment can crush complete corn grains, and the stalks, stems and other fodders will become finer and softer after rubbing in the crush roller, which effectively improves the digestibility and utilization of fodders.

3. The equipment is equipped with a forced feeding cone pulley, and the feeding thumbwheel is equipped with positive and negative rotation functions, which can reverse to spit materials in case of blockage, greatly improving the work efficiency.

4. The equipment has a compact overall structure, with a wheel base of 2500mm, and it adopts double steering cylinder, with rear wheel steering and stepless speed changing. Equipped with Yuchai 270 hp engine and Jiangling 1000 series gearbox, it achieves strong power and reliable quality.

5. Equipped with a material collector (8.5 m3), whose unloading height is up to 3.3m, the equipment can realize operation without accompanying vehicles, and equipped with a hydraulic motor driven chain harrow, it can realize quantitative unloading, which can adapt to various transport vehicles. When working on plots with good following conditions, it also can work along with large transport vehicles by controlling the throwing cylinder that can rotate within 270o.

6. The host machine is equipped with the operation monitoring system, air-conditioning and refrigeration system and heating system to improve the reliability and comfortability of the machine.

7. The whole series of products are equipped with automatic grinding technology to guarantee the sharpness of the moving blades, reduce the total workload and ensure the fodder chopping quality.

8. All hydraulic parts of the equipment are controlled by the solenoid valve. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a high-end operating panel and an integrated safety seat, which are completely controlled by the handle and buttons, meeting the ergonomic design and enabling the operation simpler and more comfortable.
